How we handle your data
What is collected, what it is for, and what you can demand. In plain language, no small print.
Who handles the data
This site belongs to the fado singer Marta Rosa and is run by Onofriana, which handles her representation and production. For anything about personal data, or to exercise the rights below, write to fado@onofriana.pt.
What is collected
Two sets only, and neither is collected unless the visitor causes it:
- What you type into the contact form: name, email and, if you fill them in, phone, place, type of event, intended date and the message.
- Usage measurement, if you allow it: pages viewed, time spent, device type, where the visit came from and a truncated IP address.
What it is for
Form data is used to answer your request and, if it goes ahead, to arrange the booking. It is not used for newsletters and is not sold to anyone. Measurement is used to see which pages get read and improve the site.
On what grounds
Handling form data rests on pre-contractual steps and on the legitimate interest of answering whoever writes. Measurement rests on consent alone, which you can give or withdraw whenever you like, from the «Cookies» button at the foot of any page.
Cookies
Until somebody consents, this site writes no cookie that is not essential to make it work. Your language and theme preference stay in your own browser and never leave it. If you allow measurement, Google Analytics 4 is loaded, with IP anonymisation.
Third-party content
Some pages show content hosted elsewhere — Instagram posts, YouTube videos, players from Deezer, Spotify and Apple Music. Those services may set their own cookies, under their own policies. YouTube videos load only after you press play, and use the no-cookie domain.
Who it is shared with
The form is delivered by Formspree, which sends the email, and the request is recorded in Onofriana’s management system, hosted on Supabase in the European Union. Google Analytics may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
For how long
Contact requests are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the applicable legal period. Measurement data is deleted after fourteen months.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority at cnpd.pt.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one on this page.
