Terms
Conditions of use
What you can expect from this site, and what is asked of whoever uses it. Further down, the terms of sale of the CD.
Purpose
These conditions apply to browsing this site. By using it, you accept them. If you disagree with any of them, the answer is simple: do not use the site.
Content
Information about records, videos and press is published in good faith and checked before it goes up.
Copyright
Lyrics, recordings and texts belong to those who signed them. Photographs belong to the photographers and are credited where they appear. Record sleeves and posters belong to whoever published them. None of this may be reused without permission, with one exception: the press kit photographs may be used in articles about the artist and to promote her concerts, always with the credit visible; the biography and the press release may be reproduced with the source indicated.
Third-party content
This site shows content hosted elsewhere and links to sites it does not control. It is not answerable for what is found there, nor for those services’ policies.
Contact and proposals
The contact form is for asking for information or proposing a date. A request sent is not a booking and creates no obligation of any kind: there is a commitment only once the parties have agreed in writing.
Applicable law
Portuguese law applies. In a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, under Law 144/2015. This is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

What is sold. The CD entretanto (ONOF 001), in a digipack with a 12-page booklet, from an edition of 500 hand-numbered copies. Each copy’s number is assigned at payment, in order, and cannot be chosen. Copies bought on pre-order come signed by Marta Rosa. During pre-order you can ask for a dedication: give us the name of the person it is for and Marta writes it by hand in the copy.
Price. €10 per copy. Shipping is included to Portugal (mainland and islands); to the other countries of the European Union it is €5 per order, and to the rest of the world €7 per order. Exempt from VAT under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code. Outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duties or fees, payable by the recipient.
Payment and invoice. You pay when you order, through Stripe (card, MB WAY, Multibanco and the other methods shown at payment). The invoice-receipt is issued by Marta Rosa and sent by email; to have your tax number on it, enter it at payment.
Shipping. By post, to the address given at payment. During pre-order, the order goes out within 30 days of purchase; after the pre-order, within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days in Portugal, 5 to 10 in the other countries of the European Union and 7 to 20 in the rest of the world. We do not ship to the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man.
Changing your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive the record to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (Decree-Law 24/2014). Just say so by email to fado@onofriana.pt and send the CD back within the same period; return postage is at your expense. We refund what you paid, outbound shipping included, within 14 days and by the same payment method. If you withdraw before the record is sent, we refund everything and there is nothing to send back. A copy with a dedication is made to the buyer’s request and so cannot be returned on withdrawal (Article 17(1)(c) of the same Decree-Law); if it is faulty, the next point applies.
Damaged or faulty record. Write to us with a photograph: we send another copy or refund what you paid. The legal guarantee of conformity applies (Decree-Law 84/2021).
Complaints and disputes. You can complain in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações). In a consumer dispute, you may turn to the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or another alternative dispute resolution body, listed on the Portal do Consumidor.
Buyers’ data. The name, address and email of the order are used to send the record, issue the invoice and answer the buyer, and are kept for as long as tax law requires. Payment is handled by Stripe, which does not give us your card details. See the privacy policy.
